Phase
Loom.
Weave movement into a sound. Compact sweeps, breathing stages, opposing banks and a spectrum that keeps travelling. Six original characters, with room to find your own.

A moving spectrum.
Six directions.
Explore original behavioural designs and digital structures. Each family brings its own tuning, motion or topology; none is advertised as an exact replica of named commercial hardware.
JFET Sweep
A first-order allpass ladder with JFET-inspired tuning, close stage relationships and optional asymmetric colour. An original behavioural design, not a measured pedal replica.
Start near 50% Mix with four stages, moderate Depth and a slow Rate on guitar or keys.

Switch OFF / ON at the same position. Change the listening character while playback continues; the current model keeps playing while the next pair loads.
Recorded music through the actual PHASE LOOM engine. The full mix follows the complete song; individual examples use active passages and short natural endings.

Shape the feeling.
Basic keeps the musical essentials close. Four Advanced tabs open motion, spectrum, dynamics and routing, with controls dimmed when their family does not use them.
Set cycles per second or choose a host-tempo note division. The 2, 4 and 8 bar choices follow the actual project time signature.
Set intensity, the frequency around which the sweep moves and its total width in octaves.
Choose order 2 to 24 per bank; Dual Bank runs two banks at that selected order. Signed feedback changes phase emphasis and how energy circulates.
Start near 50% Mix for classic allpass cancellation. Add optional colour, then place the processed branch in stereo.
Seven waveforms, skew, smoothing and channel phase shape movement. The source envelope can offset the sweep.
Spread stage centers, filter the wet branch and shape feedback tone. Q is active in Resonant and Barberpole.
Balance two separately offset banks. Stereo, Mono Input and Mid-Side affect wet routing while dry retains its channels.
Hold the modulation target while audio keeps flowing. Wet Solo isolates phase processing; classic amplitude notches emerge in the dry/wet mix.
The native sweep drawing plots actual engine stage centers and modulation phase. It is a control guide, not an FFT or audio trace. Fixed 4x processing gives 61 samples of aligned latency. Read all forty controls.

Where should I start?
Choose JFET Sweep or a factory preset. Begin around 50% Mix, then set Rate, Depth and Center. Keep Feedback moderate while exploring the stage order.
Why are some Advanced controls dimmed?
Sync replaces manual Rate with Note Division. Q is used by Resonant and Barberpole; Bank Balance and Bank Offset are used only by Dual Bank. Host parameter IDs remain unchanged.
Why does Wet Solo sound subtler than the mix?
A linear allpass branch mainly changes phase. The familiar amplitude notches appear when that branch combines with the aligned dry signal. Start near 50% Mix to hear classic phasing; nonlinear colour and other families can also change the processed spectrum.
